We have used Heartland Restoration three times in the last year due to water and then sewage issues, and each time, they've responded quickly, professionally, and kindly. They have dealt with our insurance personally, and have gone to bat to help us get what we need as homeowners covered by our insurance company.

Can't say good enough things about these guys. As a service plumber I've dealt with my fair share of restoration companies. Heartland stands out from the rest with their professionalism, communication, and quality of work - they empathize and connect with the customer on a personal level.

Kaleb, Joshua and Marcus are top notch - they kept me informed of every step and sent my insurance company a detailed report. Heartland had my back the whole time.

They responded to my 97-year-old father's water problem the day after Christmas within an hour of our call. They had equipment running as soon as possible to do the drying. They were very transparent and helped us with the insurance claim - provided many pictures and worked closely with the insurance company for us.

There is a lot of value in being able to call and immediately speak to someone who is knowledgeable and polite. I dealt largely with Kaleb who was super respectful, responsive, and showed a lot of care in his craft.

Heartland Restoration is for sure the company you want and need to take care of water damage. They were amazing at cleaning up water in the finished portion of my basement. I was worried about mold needlessly. When they were done I knew there would be no issues. Awesome company with a great staff.

There's a number of restoration companies out there, but these guys are local, reliable, and full of integrity. They aren't pricing up or upselling to hit sales metrics. Phillip is down to earth and shoots straight so you know what to expect without surprises.
